Product License
License rights
Licenses are per device. Each license has a number of device seats, and every active installation uses one seat. The license owner may connect their own devices and may invite other people, who use their own Superzenic accounts, to use the remaining seats on their devices. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and may remove them, or any device, at any time. Superzenic may adjust the seats on a license on request or to correct an error.
Personal and commercial use receive the same license rights. CalcZen costs USD 10 once and permits one active installation on each supported platform (macOS, Windows, Linux, Android and iOS), with one Linux distribution at a time. Desktop sales launch first; this license is not a promise of mobile-store availability. CalcZen includes future updates while the business operates and retains its 14-day Pro trial and Free fallback.
ZenLabel monthly costs CAD 35/month for 5 active devices and CAD 5/month per additional device; all current versions are included while subscribed. ZenLabel one-time costs CAD 250 for 10 active devices and CAD 10 once per additional device; updates within 3.x are included, not version 4. The ZenLabel trial provides 7 days of full features on up to three devices at a time for one account, without a payment card; it cannot be shared with other accounts, and a device that has used one account’s trial cannot start another. Viewing and exporting existing work remain available after expiry.
Paid installations require successful online validation at least every seven days. Subscription access ends no later than the end of the paid period. Replacing or deactivating a device is available in the customer portal and in the app; an offline deactivated installation may retain its cached entitlement until that entitlement expires. A device that has not validated for 30 days releases its seat automatically and can take a free seat again when it reconnects.
A one-time license does not promise indefinite business operation, activation-service availability, compatibility, or support. If activation services permanently close without a replacement mechanism, paid access ends when the last signed entitlement expires, no later than seven days after validation. Customer data is preserved; CalcZen falls back to Free and ZenLabel preserves viewing and export of existing work. Keep backups and export data you need independently.
MoneyZen is coming soon and is not available for purchase or public download. SynciZen purchases and licensing are governed separately at syncizen.com.
Recurring payments
Subscription prices recur monthly in CAD for the device quantity selected immediately before checkout. Applicable taxes are shown by Polar before payment. Cancel future renewals from the subscription controls in your Superzenic portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and preserves access until then.
Unused portions of a period receive no voluntary refund after the applicable first-purchase window, subject to mandatory remedies and Polar’s applicable buyer terms. Device increases become usable only after confirmed payment. Decreases are scheduled for the next period, with a selection of devices to retain.
Consumer rights
You may request a refund of your first paid purchase of a product within 14 calendar days after the first device is activated with that purchase, and in any case no later than 30 calendar days after successful payment. Submit your request through the published support channel before the deadline. A request received within that period remains timely even if we review it afterward.
After this period expires, Superzenic does not offer voluntary refunds solely because of dissatisfaction with the software’s performance, speed, interface, features, functionality, compatibility, workflow, or suitability for your preferences or intended use.
This restriction does not exclude or limit refunds, repairs, replacements, cancellation rights, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not override Polar’s applicable buyer terms, refund determinations, or payment-dispute processes.
The refund clock starts when the first device (yours or a team member’s) is activated on the purchased license. Devices used during a free trial before purchase do not start it. If no device is activated, the window closes 30 days after successful payment. The exact UTC deadline appears in your customer portal, in the purchase confirmation as the latest possible date, and in a notice when the first device is activated. Renewals, repeat purchases of the same product, and additional-device purchases do not restart the voluntary first-purchase window. Mandatory remedies and corrections for duplicate or erroneous charges remain available. A trial does not prove that software is free of defects.
Submit requests through the customer portal or [email protected]. A request received by either channel before the deadline is timely even if processed later.
