Privacy
Information needed to operate the service
We process account email, password hashes, license and device identifiers, trial history, policy acceptance, purchase references, and support messages. Licensing does not collect personal app content. Device identifiers are transformed with a server-held secret.
Payments
Polar handles payment details as merchant of record. Superzenic stores purchase references and amounts, not payment card details.
Retention
Operational events are retained for 30 days and sanitized security/admin audit events for 180 days. Purchase and policy records follow separate accounting and legal retention obligations. Trial history is retained to prevent repeat trials through ordinary reinstall or account-reset flows. Requests about your data can be sent to [email protected]; applicable retention duties may limit deletion.
