Refund Policy
Trial evaluation
Where a trial is available, it is provided so that you can evaluate the software’s current features, functionality, performance, compatibility, and suitability for your intended use before purchasing. We encourage you to test the software on the devices, operating systems, and representative workflows you intend to use, and to review the published system requirements and known limitations.
A trial is an opportunity to evaluate the software; it is not a guarantee that every issue will become apparent during the trial. Choosing not to use or complete a trial does not extend the refund period stated below. Your purchase is for the software and license rights described at the time of purchase, rather than an expectation of unannounced features or future changes.
Refund window and remedies
You may request a refund of your first paid purchase of a product within 14 calendar days after the first device is activated with that purchase, and in any case no later than 30 calendar days after successful payment. Submit your request through the published support channel before the deadline. A request received within that period remains timely even if we review it afterward.
After this period expires, Superzenic does not offer voluntary refunds solely because of dissatisfaction with the software’s performance, speed, interface, features, functionality, compatibility, workflow, or suitability for your preferences or intended use.
This restriction does not exclude or limit refunds, repairs, replacements, cancellation rights, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not override Polar’s applicable buyer terms, refund determinations, or payment-dispute processes.
The refund clock starts when the first device (yours or a team member’s) is activated on the purchased license. Devices used during a free trial before purchase do not start it. If no device is activated, the window closes 30 days after successful payment. The exact UTC deadline appears in your customer portal, in the purchase confirmation as the latest possible date, and in a notice when the first device is activated. Renewals, repeat purchases of the same product, and additional-device purchases do not restart the voluntary first-purchase window. Mandatory remedies and corrections for duplicate or erroneous charges remain available. A trial does not prove that software is free of defects.
Submit requests through the customer portal or [email protected]. A request received by either channel before the deadline is timely even if processed later.
Reporting issues
You may report suspected defects, performance problems, compatibility issues, and feature requests through our support channel, including after the refund period has expired. We review reports using the information supplied, internal testing, reproducibility, severity, security impact, and product priorities.
Confirmed issues and accepted requests may be addressed in a future update. Submitting a report does not guarantee that we will implement a requested change, provide a particular solution, or release an update by a particular date. Unless required by applicable law, a report does not extend or restart the refund period.
We aim to maintain stable, reliable software and improve the user experience. This statement does not create a service-level agreement or a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation. Nothing in this section postpones or removes a remedy required by law.
Subscriptions
Subscription prices recur monthly in CAD for the device quantity selected immediately before checkout. Applicable taxes are shown by Polar before payment. Cancel future renewals from the subscription controls in your Superzenic portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and preserves access until then.
Unused portions of a period receive no voluntary refund after the applicable first-purchase window, subject to mandatory remedies and Polar’s applicable buyer terms. Device increases become usable only after confirmed payment. Decreases are scheduled for the next period, with a selection of devices to retain.
